Sarah Riley, LCSW-A
Are you struggling with navigating major life changes? Struggling in interactions with others, especially boundary setting? Maybe you’re noticing some self sabotage and you’re wondering, “Why the hell do I do this?” It’s time to schedule a consultation.
The goal of our therapeutic relationship will always be to get you to where YOU want to be on this journey. It’s not about where I think you should be, or where Bob down the street thinks you should be. It is about you and what you need from the therapeutic process. I am here to support you in achieving the goals YOU set and to work on the areas you feel you need to work on.
I started practicing as a therapist in 2009 after graduating with my Masters from Radford University. I specialize in treating female Adults & Adolescents experiencing Pre/ Postnatal Mental Health Issues, Anxiety Disorders, Major life changes including Medical Diagnoses, Grief/ Loss, Divorce/Separation, Abuse, Trauma, PTSD. I believe strongly in a person centered trauma informed approach to the therapeutic process.
In my free time I like to hangout with my family and our pups. I love to spend time in the garden or attending my kid’s practices and games during sports season. I also love a good DIY project.
